Immigration Relief for Survivors and Children

When survivors of domestic or gender-based violence are also navigating the immigration system, the stakes are even higher. For many, secure immigration status is not only key to safety but essential for building a stable future free from abuse. Violence often follows our clients across borders. We support them by pursuing asylum, VAWA self-petitions, U- and T-visas, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, TPS, DACA, and work authorization for immigrant survivors and children. By removing immigration obstacles, we empower clients to live and work without fear and to fully participate in the systems designed to protect them.
