Announcing Hal Brewster as DCVLP’s Newest Board Member

We are delighted to welcome Hal Brewster to our Board of Directors, effective September 2022!

Hal Brewster is a voting rights and election law litigator at Elias Law Group. In that capacity, he brings constitutional challenges to laws across the country that make voting more difficult. Hal holds a bachelors and JD from Georgetown University and a masters in public affairs from Princeton University. Hal has been a volunteer with DCVLP since 2015. Before law school, Hal spent four years serving as an active duty Army officer and deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
